NEW HIP HOP SENSATION, "NUGENIUS" PUTTING GHANA ON THE MAP!

despite the commendable feats achieved by the "GH" music industry, on some international platforms across africa, Africa still lacks music talents with notable accreditation to merit international appeal in the diaspora.

born in Accra, George Darko, known in showbiz circles as nugenius is a rapper a member of the music duo "wild fellas".

releasing numerous songs in their tertiary school days in the kwame nkrumah university of science and technology, they shared stages with the likes of bradas, 4x4, 2toff, okyeame kwame, kwadee, kwaw kesse , tinny  and many more.

"nugenius" left the shores of Ghana in February 2011, to pursue higher education at the stony brook university, in new york for his masters' degree in human resource management. 

with about twelve years in the game, "nugenius" has close to 30 records featuring various artistes both locally and international.

as a new Ghanaian music sensation in the diaspora, "nugenius" breaks into the international industry with a core hip-pop talent fused with a feel of "spoken word".

working on new hot singles and music videos, "nugenius" said he is hopeful Ghana will be the first country to fully penetrate into the international showbiz world.

currently, signed as an ambassador of the Rocksmith NYC clothing and Wu-tang brand, "nugenius" revealed he will be the next big brand to market Ghana in the diaspora. 

so, with talents like "nugenius" making efforts to catch up with the international showbiz markets, the future is obviously bright for the Ghanaian music industry.
