''THE MEDIA IS NOT HELPING SHATTA_SAMINI TRUCE'' - HAMMER

the committee mandated to mediate a settlement between the two hottest dancehall artistes, samini and shatta wale, have come out to state the media's involvement in the issue as untoward.

ceo of 'the last two music group', nana poku osei known in showbiz as hammer disclosed to the entertainment desk the media's involvement is stalling progress of the committee.

it all started as a normal 'beef' between dancehall artistes samini and shatta wale as the two contended the claim for the dancehall king.

but the feud became personal as the two kept throwing violent lyrical jabs at each other.

after an encounter of both artistes at the accra sports stadium, fans flooded social media platforms and some dailies posting derogatory statements about both feuding artistes.

the recent development has actually triggered a reaction from the self acclaimed dancehall king shata wale who has threatened to sue some media entities involved.

the committee initiated by the office of the national hiplife director, reggie rockstone, in collaboration with musiga mandated to calm both parties seem to be facing a challenge and has asked the media to stay off the issue.

in an attempt to avoid misquotes and contradictory statements of the matter, the committee has decided none of the two parties must grant interviews about progress of the peace talks until a truce is called.

he also said reaction from fans of both feuding dancehall artistes could easily be managed by the artistes themselves the moment they agree to live together in peace.

but how soon will a truce be announced by the set committee ?
