RONNIE COACHES DEAD; A BIG BLOW TO THE MUSIC INDUSTRY



Ronnie Couches a member of the hiplife duo buk bak is dead. 


Sister to the deceased rapper, Lola quaynoo confirmed the incident at the korle-bu teaching hospital morgue.


News of ronnie couches death went viral in the early hours of Thursday, November 21, 2013.


Lola in an interview with tv3’s @chosenlistowell confirmed the dead of his elder brother Ronnie Coaches.


In her statement she disclosed her brother complained of heart attack. He was rushed to the hospital immediately and hospitalized on Wednesday, November 20, 2013.


The death of Ronnie happened in the early hours of Thursday, November 21, 2013, as Lola was refused entry into the ward his brother was hospitalized. 


A relative, james brown quaynoo who transferred the body of Ronnie Coaches to the korle-bu teaching hospital morgue also confirmed his death.


He emotionally stated; ‘there is nothing I can say at the moment, hmmm… my brother had an event coming overseas in some few days and just this morning he is off. O’ Charlie we give thanks to God.’  


Buk bak was first formed in 1998.


The group had several hit tracks like 'komi k3 kena' 'klu blofo' and 'gonja barracks' earning the street credibility every artist needed to survivethe hip life industry.


The duo however, split and ronnie coaches recorded 'Screen Saver' album before the two announced a  comeback in 2012  with Kolom.


They mentored 4X4, castro, pope skinny, K-2, buky core and several artistes.


So far nothing has been heard from the duo’s partner bright sparkles or his wife.


Numerous music lovers and celebrities shared their condolences on the hiplife duo’s social media pages.


Indeed, the group has been an inspiration to the music industry and ronnie will forever be missed.
